Saskatchewan and the Wollaston Lake area are well known as a
premiere fishing and hunting destination.
Our spring hunts in Saskatchewan are conducted from our lodge at
the mouth of the Geikie River and Wollaston Lake.
We also conduct a tent style hunt north of the main camp. This area has not been hunted and should provide excellent trophy potential.
Starting in 2012, we will also be offering a one week fall bear hunt (8 hunters). This hunt will take place in the last week of August.
The Lodge is accessible by vehicle, yet is extremely remote, evident
by the fact that we have more territory available to us than we can possibly
ever imagine hunting in.
We access approximately 3000 square miles of area and are the only
outfitters within that territory.
As a result the hunting pressure on our bears has been minimal, which
has led to a consistent harvest of Trophy Black Bears in all colour phases.
In the past elevenyears, fourteen bears measuring over the 21 inch
B+C mark have been harvested.
Bears scoring above the P+Y measurement of 18 inches and the B+C 20
inch mark have been numerous.
It is our goal to provide each of our clients with an experience
and memories that last a lifetime.
This hunt also includes the opportunity to experience world class
Walleye, Northern Pike and Arctic Grayling fishing.
Spring Bear Hunters arrive on Sunday and hunt Monday - Friday
(Saturday if required) and depart on Saturday or Sunday morning.
Tent Camp arrival dates: To be announced.
